Ex. 1. Facing each other. Hands up, arms out, and contact with the hands. Feel how it is for one person to breath into her core and create a "no" reaction to her partner. Swithch roles.
2. Same starting position, now have one person initiate moving backwards and forwards while the "follower" stays saying no. Repeat without the core activation. Notice the lack of clarity and how the hands begin to push or wobble without a connection from the torso. Switch roles.
3. Add changing tempo, directions. Both engage. Both don't engage. Play and explore.
