5. Flexibility/Stretching:  routine that brings life into our bodies.  Gives us a base to check in with. Playful. 

Ex.  1. swinging arms side to side (rotational)

           2. gentle head rotation (both directions)
           3. shoulder rolls (rotational) bd
           4. hip rolls (rotational) bd
           5. ankle rolls (rotational) bd
           6. leg folded up behind, lengthening leg downward (stretch and balance) both legs
           7.stretch up overhead and to "touch toes" or whatever is comfortable 3x
           8. longe stretches  (3 positions of the feet) both sides
           9. rocking
           10. side to side rolling (2 positions:  head knees same position, head knees opposite
           11. rotation of pelvis in clock bd
